shoulder presses (machine) 3 x 15

lateral raises 2 x 15

rolling tricep ext.
did 4 back 2 back sets working up to 12kgs dumbells each for sets of 12

gun curls. 4 x 10

expiriencing some bad ass pain in my elbows.
